Past Events / Court of Appeals Lecture Series


The Society sponsors a lecture series hosted by the New York State Court of Appeals (the State's highest court). The lectures take place in the magnificent H. H. Richardson-designed courtroom of the courthouse in Albany. This educational lecture series represents the first time the courthouse has been open to the public. There have been 12 lectures from 2006 to 2012. All webcasts for this series are available for viewing on the Court of Appeals Website. We feature some of the programs below.
