OCA Celebrates Black History Month

The Office of Court Administration celebrated Black History Month with a discussion by Franklin H. Williams Judicial Commission Co-Chairs, Hon. Troy K. Webber, Appellate Division, First Department, and Hon. Shirley Troutman, Appellate Division, Fourth Department. The Co-Chairs discussed the life of Franklin H. Williams, the history and mission of the Commission and their personal journeys to the Bench. The event was moderated by Tony Walters, Director of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion, as part of the OCA@ Work Brown Bag Lunch Series.
