FRANKLIN H. WILLIAMS JUDICIAL COMMISSION 30TH YEAR ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION

The year 2021 will mark the thirtieth anniversary of the Franklin H. Williams Judicial Commission as a permanent entity within the New York State Court system.
