The Impact of Franklin H. Williams'

On Thursday, April 29, 2021, the Franklin H. Williams Judicial Commission co-sponsored a program on the legacy of Franklin H. Williams with the Westchester County Bar Association, White Plains Bar Association, and Westchester Black Bar Association.  The event, The Impact of Franklin H. Williams' Legacy: Then, Today, Tomorrow,  explored the life and legacy of Ambassador Williams.  The recent PBS documentary on Franklin H. Williams was screened and after the documentary, Hon. Edwina Richardson-Mendelson, Deputy Chief Administrative Judge; Hon. Kathie E. Davidson, Administrative Judge, Ninth Judicial District, FHW Commissioner; Dr. Betty L. Campbell, Commissioner of Jurors, Westchester County, FHW Commissioner and Sharon G. Matthie, Esq., Alternative Dispute Resolution Coordinator, Ninth Judicial District, discussed the work being done by the New York State Courts and Franklin H. Williams Judicial Commission.
