Community Dispute Resolution Centers (CDRCs) are a statewide network of nonprofit organizations providing dialogue and dispute resolution services.

Individuals, families and communities come to CDRCs for help with difficult conversations, decisions, and disputes.

CDRCs help more than 75,000 New Yorkers each year, regardless of whether they have a case in court.

CDRC’s confidential services are an effective way to save time and money:

• 70% of CDRC mediations held result in a mutual agreement
• 88% of mediation clients surveyed would recommend CDRC services to others 

Any New Yorker may use the services of a CDRC regardless of whether he or she has a case in court. Most CDRC services are low or no cost. Find the CDRC in your area.
