Matrimonial Matters

The Office of the Deputy Chief Administrative Judge for Matrimonial Matters is responsible for the production and distribution of information and services relating to matrimonial matters to the Judiciary, non-judicial employees, matrimonial counsel and litigants throughout the State.

Managing the matrimonial litigation process remains one of the top priorities for this Office. We continue to provide assistance and information to judicial and non-judicial personnel with training programs, both individual and statewide, via telephone, and by information references. We also meet and interact with court personnel and leaders of bar associations throughout the State.
