Earl Lilley has been with the Court System for 47 ½ years. He started his career in the court system at the age of 19. He has worked in Sullivan county since that time. He has worked his way up the ladder. He has been the Chief Clerk of Sullivan Supreme and County since April 1980. He is a true professional. He has exceptional leadership qualities and continues to service the court and the public with professionalism. He is loved by all!
