CITY COURT FEES

The following fees are not a comprehensive list of all fees charged by the City Court and are subject to change. Payment must be made in cash, money order or certified bank check (payable to the City Court); the court does not accept personal checks or business checks. Checks drawn on attorney accounts are accepted  at the discretion of the Court.

SMALL CLAIMS/COMMERCIAL CLAIMS
Effective January 1, 2004, the maximum monetary jurisdiction for a small claim/commercial claim in a City Court has increased to $5,000.
