The Appellate Law Library cooperates with other libraries to obtain materials we do not own and will make borrowing requests for any library cardholder in good standing. Any lender charges will be passed on to the cardholder.
Lending Services
The library circulates bound volumes (including New York Records & Briefs) to other libraries and to individuals currently admitted to practice law in the state of New York. Some fees may apply.
Document Delivery
Library materials can be photocopied or scanned and mailed, faxed, or emailed for a fee.
Fiche Duplication
A duplicate copy of materials on microfiche can be made for a fee. Print copies can be made from microfilm or fiche if the patron is not within a reasonable distance of a New York State Supreme Court library.

Interlibrary Services Fees
There will be a $5.00 minimum service charge for each request plus:
Document Delivery $.25 per page after the first 5 pages
Lending Services UPS shipping charges
Fiche Duplication $.50 per piece after the first microfiche
