MEMORANDUM DECISION & ORDER
GERACE, J.
The Court has interviewed the children in camera, and, has considered the affidavits of the parties. Disruption of the children at this time from the home they know would serve no useful purpose.
Pending any hearing, or the final outcome of this case, the Court directs and orders that the children not be separated and they shall continue to reside in the marital residence; that the parents be awarded joint custody and alternate physical custody and reasonable visitation on a weekly basis or any other alternate basis agreed to by the parties.
The Court hereby appoints Jane Love as Law Guardian for the children.
Neither parent shall attempt to influence the children against the other parent, and, shall do everything possible to keep the children out of any differences between the parents.
If the parties cannot agree on temporary child support and custody schedule under this arrangement, counsel are to schedule a preliminary conference with the Court with the parents present.
This is the decision and order of this Court.
