Alessandro, J.), dated January 20, 2006, reversed, with $10 costs, motion denied, and the matter remanded to Civil Court for further proceedings (see Bronx Expert Radiology, P.C. a/a/o Ivalesse Hinton v Travelers Ins. Co., appeal numbered 06-158, decided herewith). Appeal from order (same Judge), dated February 9, 2006, dismissed, without costs, as nonappealable.
