Motion by the appellants-respondents on appeals from (1) a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 3, 2005, and (2) an order and resettled judgment (one paper) of the same court dated April 4, 2006, to stay the enforcement of the judgment and the order and resettled judgment pending hearing and determination of the appeals therefrom.
