Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 9, 2004, for leave to reargue a motion to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of the appeal, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated November 1, 2005.
