DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered June 30, 2003, and a resentence of the same court imposed August 12, 2003, inter alia, to be provided with the minutes of a resentence imposed on October 19, 2005, and for leave to file less than 9 copies of his brief. Separate motion by the appellant pro se for leave to serve and file an oversized brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be provided with the minutes of the resentence is denied on the ground that no notice of appeal from the resentence has been filed; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to file less than 9 copies of the brief is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion for leave to serve and file an oversized brief is granted; the appellant may serve and file a single brief on both appeals which is not to exceed 85 pages in length.
