Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 9, 2005, for leave to reargue a motion for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, for the assignment of counsel, and to waive the filing fee, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated October 31, 2005.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
