Motion for an Enlargement of Time
to File a Supplemental Brief

Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, for an enlargement of time to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered July 1, 2003.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief is granted; the supplemental brief previously deposited with the Clerk of this court is accepted for filing; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
