Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including the trial thereof, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 11, 2005, and application by the respondents to enlarge their time to serve and file their respective briefs.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted, and the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until February 17, 2006.
