Motion by the respondent to dismiss as abandoned an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, rendered September 4, 2003.

ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew upon proof of proper service upon counsel assigned to prosecute the appeal (see CPL 470.60[2]).
