Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 9, 2004, for leave to reargue a motion to dismiss the appeal on the ground, inter alia, that the appellants are not aggrieved by the order, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated November 14, 2005.
