Application by the appellant on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 11, 2005, and a judgment of the same court dated April 21, 2005, to substitute Alrose Lake Grove Partners, LLC, for the plaintiff Lake Grove Partners, LLC, as the appellant on the appeals and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and Alrose Lake Grove Partners, LLC, is substituted for the plaintiff Lake Grove Partners, LLC, as the appellant on the appeals and the caption has been amended accordingly.
