Motion by the appellants, in effect, for leave to reargue prior motions for a preference in the calendaring of appeals from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 7, 2004, (2) a judgment of the same court entered December 28, 2004, and (3) an amended judgment of the same court entered May 10, 2005, which were determined by decisions and orders of this court dated March 31, 2005, and July 1, 2005, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary, as the appeals have been calendared for Friday, February 17, 2006.
