Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew upon submission of copies of the proposed exhibits; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file his supplemental brief is enlarged until March 30, 2006.
