| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated January 4, 2006, inter alia, in effect, for injunctive relief, and to permit the parties' 15-year-old daughter to attend the appellant's wedding on January 8, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to permit the parties' 15-year-old daughter to attend the appellant's wedding on January 8, 2006, is denied as academic; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
