DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to reargue those branches of a motion which were for free transcripts and to waive the filing fee on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated August 12, 2005, which were denied by decision and order on motion of this court dated November 7, 2005.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
