Motion by the defendant for reargument of an application pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15 for a certificate granting leave to appeal to this court from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 16, 2004, and October 27, 2004, respectively, which was denied by decision and order on application dated April 14, 2005.
