It is Ordered that the motion to vacate the stay is granted unless the appellant, on or before January 21, 2006, tenders $1,000.oo to the petitioner, without prejudice. This payment is to be applied towards the outstanding arrears. On or before March 9, 2006, tenders $2,000.oo to satisfy the remaining arrears due at that time to the petitioner, without prejudice. In the event of appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing conditions, petitioner may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay.
