DECISION
On the court's own motion, motions by appellants and respondent are consolidated for purposes of disposition.
On the court's own motion, the time to perfect the appeal is enlarged to April 7, 2006, and Justice Bernadette F. Bayne is directed to settle the transcript of the trial pursuant to section 1704 (a) of the New York City Civil Court Act within 30 days of the date of the order hereon.
Motion by defendants-appellants for summary reversal of the judgment denied without prejudice to renewal upon a showing that the minutes have not been settled in accordance with this order.
