| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant-respondent on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Family Court, Putnam County, dated April 29, 2005, inter alia, for an order directing the respondents-appellants to pay for the transcripts of the hearings held in the above-entitled proceedings and provide them to her free of charge.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the parties are directed to share the costs of the transcripts pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(c)(1); and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant-respondent's time to perfect the appeal by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeal to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.9[d][2]) and by serving and filing her brief on the appeal is enlarged until April 3, 2006; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents-appellants shall serve and file their answering brief, including their points of argument on the cross appeal, on or before May 3, 2006 (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]).
