Renewed motion by the respondent for leave to defend an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, entered April 4, 2005, as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to section 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]) the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until March 3, 2006, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargements of time shall be granted.
