Motion by Chana Taub, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this court from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 1, 2005, and January 12, 2006, respectively, and to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled actions pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal to this court is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
