ORDERED that the order on application of this court dated January 9, 2006, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated and the following order on application is substituted therefor:
Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, two dated February 24, 2005, and one dated April 14, 2005.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appellant's time to perfect the appeals by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeals to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.9[d][2]) and by serving and filing her brief on the appeal is enlarged until March 8, 2006.
