Motion by the appellants on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated September 23, 2005, and a judgment of the same court dated October 14, 2005, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, and to stay enforcement of the judgment, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
