| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from decision and order of this court, dated November 7, 2005, which denied his application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate a decision and order of this court dated August 12, 1985 (see People v Harrison, 112 AD2d 1009), affirming a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered August 24, 1982.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
