DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Bronx County, dated January 11, 2006, to stay so much of the order as paroled the child Victoria O. to the custody of her parents pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
