| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 9, 2006, inter alia, to enjoin the respondent from making any further appearances, applications, or submissions in a proceeding entitled Matter of Rashad v Soleil-Myles, pending in the Family Court, Kings County, under Docket No. P-4122/04, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and cross motion by the respondent, among other things, to vacate the parties' judgment of divorce.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the cross motion are denied.
