DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 24, 2006, which directed visitation between the respondent and subject child for the three-week period beginning January 24, 2006, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic as the subject three-week period has expired.
