Motion by the appellant pro se to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including the eviction of the defendants from the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated July 21, 2005, and application by the appellant to adjourn the motion for 30 days to permit her to serve and file a reply to the papers in opposition to the motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application and the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the application are denied.
