DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in response to the appellant's supplemental pro se brief on an appeal from a sentence of the Supreme Court, Kings County, imposed October 2, 2003. Separate motion by the appellant pro se for leave to file exhibits to the supplemental pro se brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in response to the appellant's supplemental pro se brief is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief in response to the appellant's supplemental pro se brief is enlarged until March 31, 2006, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion for leave to serve and file exhibits is granted, and on or before April 10, 2006, the appellant shall serve and file the minutes of proceedings and trial counsel's sentencing memorandum previously submitted to this court as part of the underlying motion.
