DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent for leave to defend appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, all dated June 17, 2005, as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 the following named attorney is assigned as counsel for the respondent to defendant the appeals:
