| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the record on appeals from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated November 15, 2004, and (2) a judgment of the same court entered November 17, 2004, to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief, and for poor person relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the record on the appeals is granted to the extent that on or before April 3, 2006, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the material attached to her motion papers as Exhibit A, and that branch of the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief is granted; the appellant shall serve and file a reply brief on or before April 3, 2006; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
