Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay all proceedings in a matter entitled Matter of Bruschetti v Hambleton Investment Limited, pending in the Justice Court of the Town of Montgomery, Orange County, under Docket No. 05120342 HJM, and to enjoin the respondents from selling the subject property, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated December 13, 2005.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the motion and the papers submitted in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
