Motion for Poor Person Relief
and to Assign New Counsel
Family Court

Motion by the appellant for leave to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated May 12, 2005, as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Law Guardian, Tamara Steckler, Esq., The Legal Aid Society, Juvenile Rights Division, 199 Water Street, New York, New York 10038, is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new Law Guardian herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as Law Guardian to represent the appellant:
