It is Ordered that the motion to modify the use and occupancy order of this Court is denied as academic. By order of this Court, dated January 25, 2006, this Court reversed the trial court and dismissed the petition. The Court notes that the trial court, in its March 8, 2004 order, awarded use and occupancy through March 31, 2004.
