It is Ordered that the motion is granted only to the extent of continuing the stay, to and including February 27, 2006. This is to afford the appellant a final opportunity to tender all the arrears outstanding [ $932.51 ] to the landlord, without prejudice, and thereafter, move in the housing court for an order requesting a permanent stay of the execution of the warrant of eviction, if so advised.
