15th Assoc. LLC v Pamblanco, Thomas, et al.
It is Ordered that the motion for a continuation of the stay in this nuisance hold-over proceeding is denied, without prejudice to renew after the appeal has been perfected. The interim stay is vacated. The Court notes that the first order, conditionally staying the execution of the warrant of eviction, was issued by this Court in August 2005, and yet the appellant is still unable to perfect the appeal at this time, despite numerous orders extending the time to do so.
