DECISION
Motion by defendant-appellant for an order granting David J. D'Aloia, a New Jersey attorney, permission to appear pro hac vice is denied with leave to renew upon an affidavit conforming with the requirements of 22 NYCRR § 520.11 (d).
Cross motion by plaintiff-respondent for an order permitting Massimiliano Valerio to appear for plaintiff-respondent in the event that defendant-appellant's motion is granted, is denied as academic, with leave to renew upon renewal of defendant-appellant's motion.
