DECISION
Motion by defendant-appellant for poor person relief and assignment of counsel is denied without prejudice to renewal upon proper notice and proper papers.
Movant has failed to submit an affidavit of service of the motion papers.
Defendant has also failed to furnish this court with the financial information necessary to determine whether he is indigent. In his application for poor person relief defendant has failed to answer several items, including whether his wife is employed and her income, whether they have bank accounts and the amount deposited in the accounts, and whether he owns stocks, bonds, saving certificates or real estate or has any other investments and their value.
