Motion by the respondents Michael R. Kessler, M.D., Suffolk Anesthesiology Associates, P.C., and Kathleen Ann Dropela, R.N., to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 16, 2005.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time of the respondents Michael R. Kessler, M.D., Suffolk Anesthesiology Associates, P.C., and Kathleen Ann Dropela, R.N., to serve and file a brief is enlarged until March 27, 2006, and those respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargements of time shall be granted.
