Motion by the appellants, inter alia, to enjoin the respondent Winston Madison Equities, Inc., from entering into an agreement affecting the title to the subject real properties, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated May 17, 2005.
