Motion by the appellant, in effect, to withdraw his brief and for leave to serve and file a replacement brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered May 17, 2004.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's brief is deemed withdrawn; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to serve and file a replacement brief is enlarged until May 4, 2006, and the appellant's replacement brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
